Customer Service is Dead....and you are to blame.
There is a very large difference between me being rude and me telling you something you don’t want to hear. Examples:
“You are ugly and have bad breath” – I would agree that someone telling this to another person constitutes rude behavior.
“I was told you would deliver between 1 and 4PM. It is now 4:30 PM. No one has called me. No one has apologized. Why is my time worth less than yours?” –...

My friend passed away today....
My friend Jerome passed away today. Jerome was mentally challenged and cared for by the Daughters of Charity in Los Angeles. Despite his humble abilities and resources he was probably happier then all of us.
A very religious guy it was his dream to be buried at the LA Cathedral in a place reserved for the rich and/or high ranking church officials. He saved his money and made this happen...

Backing up our entire existence...
When you run a high profile company like Special Sauce, you can never be too protective over your assets. Today, I spent some time backing up all our data on the trusty old Special Sauce Main Frame. The 486 DX266 Packard Bell is a screamer. It’s got 4 megs of ram and a 200 MB hard drive. We can’t yet afford a tape drive for backup, so we just go straight to floppy.
